Central Texas Toll Roads Map

SH 130 is being developed and constructed by a consortium known as Lone Star Infrastructure 1 (LSI). A consortium is a group of firms or businesses who work together to deliver a specific project, such as SH 130. On June 19, 2002, TxDOT signed an exclusive development agreement (EDA) with LSI to design and construct SH 130. This type of agreement allows design and construction services to be performed simultaneously by the consortium, providing both a time and cost savings to the State.
